The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that California’s law requiring a background check for each ammunition purchase violates the Second Amendment in Rhode v. Bonta.

A recent courtroom battle in Preble County Municipal Court has thrust the fundamental right of self-defense and the freedom to bear arms squarely into the spotlight.
